ANNOUNCEMENTS
Father’s Day Chili Cook-off
Father’s Day is next Sunday, June 21st, this year and we will have a Chili Cook-off at the church downstairs in Founders Hall following the late service. The church will provide cornbread and beverages. Church members are asked to bring salads and desserts. We’re looking for at least eight fearless souls to bring their “special” homemade chili to enter into competition. We’ll have prizes and “professional judges” to help pick our winners! Eight fearless chefs have stepped forward to bring chili and be in the contest. Yay!
Time & Talent Offering
At the end of each service next Sunday, June 21st, a Time & Talent offering will be taken up. You’ll be asked to take a moment at the end of the service to fill out an up-dated Time & Talent folder and bring it to the basket on the altar as your benediction before you leave.
